Welcome to Alushe Coffee Bar, a delightful gem nestled in the heart of San Francisco at 4201 Geary Blvd. This charming coffee shop is quickly becoming a local favorite, thanks in no small part to the warmth and hospitality of its owners, Jessica and Marcos, who treat every visitor like family.
The moment you step inside, you can feel the passion and dedication that has infused this space. Alushe isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s a community hub where love for food and coffee fuels a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is an enticing blend of flavors, featuring everything from empanadas to breakfast burritos, all crafted with a handmade quality that truly sets it apart. Reviews highlight standout items like the cochinita chilaquiles and the mouthwatering milaneza sandwich, which showcases crispy breaded fried chicken paired harmoniously with fresh ingredients.
With an impressive selection of beverages, Alushe Coffee Bar offers a unique twist on traditional coffee drinks. The Cardamon Latte and the Strawberry Rose Bloom Espresso are particularly noteworthy, enticing patrons with their imaginative combinations and delicate balances of flavors. Local reviewer Azra P perfectly encapsulated these offerings, urging fellow coffee lovers to try the “Hannah Montana” secret menu item—a perfect blend of rose and pistachio that has captured the hearts of many. These specialty drinks reflect the meticulous care that goes into every cup served here.
Alushe’s environment is as inviting as its menu, with cozy seating that invites conversation. While some reviews mention the slightly odd arrangement of furniture, they quickly dismiss it in favor of the exceptional service and delicious food. The staff is genuinely attentive, creating an experience that feels personal and warm—a quality that Bobbi highlights when she calls Alushe her “second home.”
To sum it up, Alushe Coffee Bar is not just about food and beverages; it’s about creating a space where flavors meet warmth and community. Whether you’re there to enjoy a hearty breakfast burrito or savor a delightful pecan apple crisp, you leave feeling nourished both inside and out. Visit Alushe Coffee Bar for a taste of home and a sip of something special—you’ll be glad you did.

The owners Jessica & Marcos are the best! The most hospitable coffee shop owners I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They truly care about their craft & their customers. Their specialty drinks are out of this world. Try their pistachio lime or my personal favorite, the secret menu item Hannah Montana- the perfect blend of rose & pistachio

Best I've ever had, hands down. All the food seems to be family made and you can tell it was made with love and care because the homemade quality is off the charts. The cochinita chilaquiles is thr best Ive ever had and I've had a good amount. The tamales colado seems to be a temp item but also the best tamales I've ever had. Add to all that the astounding variety of drinks (huge fan of the Mexican mocha) and I find myself going all the way across town just for this. Makes me regret moving out of the neighborhood lol.

Came for their breakfast burrito with steak and eggs which was very filling and came with roasted potatoes. The drip coffee was also good. Seating felt a bit odd but still enjoyed hanging with friends here. The service was very nice and attentive even after placing the order at the counter. Clean bathroom. I would definitely try their other food.

Alushe Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city — the kind of place that feels like a second home. I stop by regularly for my go-to order: the everything breakfast bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. It’s simple, but somehow they make it perfect every single time — warm, toasty, and made with care. You can really taste the love and attention in everything they serve. Marcos and Jessica, the husband-and-wife team behind Alushe, bring such a genuine warmth to the space. You can tell this shop is their dream come to life. They’ve poured their hearts into creating a place that’s not just about great coffee and food, but also about community and culture. Your girl, Bobbi

Cute spot with good breakfast burritos! I got a veggie one and my husband got the pork burrito. Both were great but the best part is how nice the employees were! Super kind and asked me if I needed anything, then said bye / thanks for coming to us on our way out. I appreciate that about a business.

After doing a bunch of errands, I decided to stop for a decaf americano and food. Wow lots of great choices. Decided to have a chicken empanada and it was good. Wish i took a picture of it, ate it so fast and the sauce was amazing. Love the service super friendly. Definitely will stop by there again. Thank you for an amazing treat.

Stumbled on Alushe. Everyone there is SO nice, haven't seen this level.of service/just hospitality in awhile. Tons of food options, I had a basic bagel, avo, cheese, scramble, but it was not basic! It was delish, as was the Matcha. Lots of placea to sit, great vibes, makea you forget it's on the main road. I will cross town to come back for sure!

Rosetta pistachio latte spicy, aromatic, and cozy. I can definitely see myself craving another cup and coming back in the future.
